Intermediate Wheel Classes – Dates: 9 February – 5 April (8 week course)
Thursdays, 6:30pm–8:30pm
Tutor: John Gisbourne

These intermediate-level adult classes are designed for students who have completed a beginner wheel course and are ready to extend their skills.

Over the term, you’ll continue developing your throwing technique with a focus on more advanced forms. Learn to throw larger pieces, create galleries, and make lidded vessels. Smaller class numbers ensure plenty of one-on-one guidance.

Clay may be brought from home or purchased onsite.
Firing and glazing are additional costs.

Terms and conditions:

Fees must be paid on booking for place in class to be confirmed.

Your firing fees will cover up to 8 pieces of work. If you have more than this that you want to finish off, additional charges will apply.

Your class fee covers 8 weeks of tuition from the advertised dates, if you cant attend a class there is no option to do a different class as a make-up. All classes are booked up and there are no spare wheels. You may do a casual class as a make-up class, note there is no tuition on these nights but you are able to practise what you have learnt so far.
